Desertion

- Well, well, well, what do we have here? - said Fosk the Fox, the leader of the Runts, a hunting pack from the Dark Legion.

- Three Ozcura deserters Fosk. It seems that meat is back on the menu! - answered Donovan, another werewolf of the pack.

- This little one is perfect for dessert... although we haven't had lunch yet and not even breakfast today to tell the truth- said Crazy Knut.

- P-p-please, don't eat us - begged Xiorai, the smallest ozcura of the group - we're not deserters, we were just in the middle of a tactical retreat -

- Didn't you hear about the not-retreating order? Nobody is allowed to leave until the wall falls - snarled Fosk - specially people from lowly races like you filthy apes -

- We´re not filthy, this is our skin color you bag of fleas - replied D'rin.

- You're not in position to be rude at us Ozcurilla - said Gentle Pin, and while taking D'rin's blade away continued - allow me to take this, I think it is making you to act so unreasonably -

- Hey, take it back! That's my mother's...-

- Shut up D'rin! - said Miorgan, the third ozcura - excuse my comrade rudeness sir, but we've been told that there could be a relieve atempt by the grey elves and we were sent to reinforce the rearguard -

That was the only thing Miorgan could think out of the blue. She usually has to chase down Xiorai, but this time her track leaded them to the rearguard where the "military police" of the dark Legion usually is posted. And now she has to deal with this group of lycanthropes.

- Wow, finally an ozcura with enough brains to make up an excuse - and then Fosk grinned and continued - but don't worry, we the werewolves are in charge of guarding the flanks and we're enough to take care of those pathetic elves -

- Besides, we love the grey elves - seconded Knut - specially with boiled potatoes! -

- Now ozcuras, what are we going to do with you three - continued Fosk - we have carte blanche to deal with deserters... but I've been told that they need more volunteers for the Ozcura wave attacks; and you three look perfect fitted for the job!

- Hey Fosk, we haven't eaten for the whole day, let us have at least one - said Donovan.

- Enough with that, let’s take these ozcuras to the Boss... she will decide what to do with them.-

Do you remember N'Lhonelor (fav.me/d7pa4qx) hench-ozcuras? Well, here I provide a little bacground for them: they were part of an army of the Dark legion who were putting  under siege a certain elven fortress. Since they're most used for ozcura wave attacks this girls decided to, well, find anotther task with higher chance of survival. It's a shame that they were cought by a group of werewolves who where guarding the rearguard... what is the boss going to do with this trio? We will know in the next chapter (I hope).
